Intern here, I hate being called an intern. May I suggest we refer to Gabi as something more prestigious. Such as, interim blogger to the blogger-oin-chief?

      • Style Girlfriend

Hi Anthony, neither of those titles accurately describe Gabi’s role – she’s the Style Girlfriend Social Media Intern, and I don’t think there’s any shame in that title!

Interning is a really important college (and sometimes, post-college) work experience. It’s a time when you learn so much about the industry you’re trying to get into, so I think you should be proud of being an intern! I did it in college, and I never tried to call it something else. Own your internship!

        • Anthony

          I am, an intern.

I’m a little bit in love with the Chatnam Scarf from Woolrich Woolen Mills and this simple but stylish knit cap from Patrick Ervell:

Ooh, I like that double-sided scarf!

I lived in California until now. Then I moved somewhere colder than LA, where there are actually season and it drops below 60 degrees. Now I understand why people need scarves and gloves. Thanks for the recommendations!

      • Style Girlfriend

Glad those of us who’ve known seasons all our lives could be of some service :)

So about beanies: I see dudes who wear them pushed back and saggy on top (the “reservoir tip”). Yay or nay?

      • gabi meyers

I think the pushed back look is fine for guys under 25, but I think it can look childish. You can’t go wrong wearing it the way it was intended!

I just got Frank & Oak’s Avalanche Tuque beanie a few days ago and I couldn’t love it more. It’s so comfy. They’re sold out now, but they still have a great collection of winter supplies.

I’m going to go against my sense of etiquette and post a referral link:

I do love that plaid print…
